True change requires addressing the core workings of the system. That means working with the residents, correctional and administrative staff, meeting each where they are- with curiosity, compassion, assertiveness, and vision. Inside those walls, suffering is shared. Staff are undertrained, overworked, afraid, angry, isolated- and often coerced into perpetuating harm. Women staff feel unsafe and unsupported. Meanwhile, incarcerated individuals endure daily abuse, neglect, and constant violation of their most basic human rights.

It's time now that are seen and get the support you need. It's time to do this differently.

Create your own routine that works for you ~ start small or add a few new things
to your existing one

Set reminders on your phone
Speak what you're grateful for upon waking, speak it loud!
to deep breathe throughout the day
Go into nature at least once a day, if there is none around, watch a nature video
Feet in the grass for 5 minutes, amazing!
Lots prayer throughout day, whatever that looks like for you
Make an inspirational playlist, only songs that light you up! And listen on repeat if need be :)
Drink lots of clean water, 8-12 glasses a day! 
Baths( no bathtub, shower and clear energy) flowers, laughter, atleast 5 minutes of stillness,  
Vision Board, but all about body mind spirit well-being!
