MARCUS WHARTON

Marcus Wharton’ was another beautiful soul brought to us by Joshua Williams. We've not gotten to meet with Marcus as of yet, being that he's spent much of the last couple of years in segregation/PC. Correspondence has been through Josh only.

Marcus's story is not simply one person’s tragedy—it is an indictment of a system that has failed to protect the most vulnerable in its care. Marcus entered prison as a young person on drug-related charges and has spent years cycling through Level V facilities, where both residents and staff have targeted and brutalized her because of her gender identity. She has endured repeated rape and assault, much of it while in segregation—an isolation that deepens harm rather than offers safety.

This is not justice. This is a constitutional failure. Marcus deserves the full protection of the law and the dignity promised to every human being.

WE ARE CALLING FOR A PRO BONO ATTORNEY~ to stand beside her. The Justice Haven has begin his case and assist in all ways need to get Marcus "Infinity" FREE.

Marcus would very much welcome support from the outside, he doesn't have family/friends on the outside to fight beside him. Share of things, inspire, listen, keep their hope and faith fueled, ALIVE.
